SharpTop’s year-long intern program is a challenging and rewarding year. The program is a life-changing experience that is designed for those who are deeply committed to Christ and have a desire to join the SharpTop staff in providing an environment where volunteers and kids can experience Christ. Our goal for the year is that year-long interns would grow in an intimate, abiding relationship with Jesus Christ, work hard to support the ministry at SharpTop, and gain a solid understanding of Young Life Camp Staff.
As an employee of Young Life you will be provided with medical, dental and vision benefits. You will also be accountable for fundraising a portion of your salary.

Requirements:
- A desire to serve others and grow in Christ-likeness as well as a willingness to work hard in multiple camp departments and an interest in Young Life Camping.
- Currently active in Young Life or another Christian ministry.
- Willingness to raise part of your salary.
- At least 1 year out of high school.
The 2027-2028 Yearlong program applications are now LIVE!
The 2027-28 Year-Long Program at SharpTop Cove will run from August 14, 2027 - August 26, 2028.
On your application, you are able to select three camps on your application. Applicants are considered first by the camp ranked as their top choice. If a position is not offered by that camp, their application is then routed to their second-choice camp, and then to their third-choice camp if needed. If there’s a camp you’re especially interested in, we encourage you to apply early and list that camp as your top choice!
